Who We Are
Western Tidewater Community Services Board (WTCSB) offers targeted Case Management services for adults diagnosed with serious behavioral health disorders. The program:
- increases community integration and increases community living skills;
- provides increased opportunities to access community resources;
- promotes the use of resources available to the general public;
- assists individuals and their support systems to access needed medical, psychiatric, social, educational, vocational and other supports essential to meeting basic needs.

Intake Process
Call for an intake and assessment appointment. Walk-Ins are accepted Thursday 8:30 AM-2:30 PM. In addition to required documents, bring proof of disability and insurance if available.
