Scott Hill Retirement Community, Income Restrictions

Scott Hill Retirement Community provides an affordable, pleasing place to live for persons 62 and over, or those applying for an apartment specifically constructed to be accessible to people with physical handicaps.  The complex has one and two bedroom apartments with full kitchens.  The building is equipped with elevators. Some of apartments qualify for low income. 



A large community room and kitchen are available for group events. Other amenities include comfortable lounge areas, laundry facilities on each floor, and a courtyard with gazebo.  Six sun porches and a variety of large and small activity areas located throughout, give residents ample opportunities for indoor gardening and a variety of leisure pursuits.   Services include

• Handicapped accessible minibus transportation available on scheduled basis Monday through Friday
• 24 hour maintenance/emergency response provided
• Service coordinators available to link residents to supportive services within the community
• Recreation room with pool table
