Who We Are

The Arc of Greater Williamsburg provides transportation for its clients to be able to participate in the many programs available to them such as the Day Support Program, Recreational and Social Goals, Wheels4Work (W4W), and more.  

When clients are hired to a position, they have the benefit of contacting Access Williamsburg, a one-call center, and providing their schedule for the week which then results in the scheduling of a driver to take them to and from work. Access Williamsburg is a partnership between The Arc, Williamsburg Area Transit Authority (WATA), and Peninsula Area on Aging (PAA).

They continue to build partnerships with businesses ready to work with their clients with special abilities. In addition, The Arc of Greater Williamsburg is always looking for well-qualified drivers to support the transportation component of W4W.
