Who We Are

UZURV works with transit authorities and healthcare organizations across the country to provide the highest quality door-to-door adaptive transportation for community Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (ADA) mobility programs and efficient non-emergency medical transportation.

UZURV, in partnership with many different Transportation Service Companies, offers the Care-on-Demand transportation service to older adults and individuals with a disability. 

All UZURV rides for Care on Demand are direct, non-stop, door to door.  All drivers are trained in CPR First Aid and Disability Sensitivity.  You can select your driver, favorite drivers and ask for your favorite each time you ride.

Call Center operates 7 AM to 7 PM Monday through Friday. Call to request your ride. You can book as little as 30 minutes.

Intake Process
Call the Call Center or use smart phone app to make a reservation. UZURV customers can call to schedule trips as little as 30 minutes in advance. The UZURV call center can be reached at 866-898-7836 Monday through Friday from 7 AM until 7 PM and Saturday from 9 AM until 5 PM. If you want to request a Sunday reservation, you can make that appointment by 5 PM on Saturday. Or book online, visit UZURV at https://uzurv.com/.
