Capital Area Partnership Uplifting People (CAPUP) offers transportation four days a week for eligible older adults to participate in Senior Centers in the City of Richmond.   Transportation may be available for seniors to congregate meal sites and Friendship Cafes in Powhatan, Goochland, and Hanover counties. 

 On-call nonemergency medical transportation is available to eligible seniors in the counties of Goochland and Powhatan. On-call transportation is also available for social services appointments. Call the Richmond office for more information. Staff will refer you to the correct person or location.
