Friendship Circle of Virginia aims to connect people together. The different friendship circle programs they offer are:
- Friends@Home: pairing two teens without disabilities together with a child with a disability to meet for one hour per week in the child's home to hang out and have fun on their terms
- Birthday Circle: they host a festive birthday party for Friendship Circle Friends throughout the community where all members and siblings are encouraged to join
- Friends with Pens, Pen Pal Program: friends receive mail and write back and forth
- Sibling Circle: brothers and sisters of siblings with disabilities get time to share their feelings, challenges, and concerns with others who understand them which creates advice, tips, and benefits
- Community Events
- Senior Circle: bringing seniors from Beth Shalom Home and students from Rudlin Torah Academy together to talk and understand one another
