Who We Are
AHC has developed numerous affordable communities in Virginia, with most locations in Arlington and Fairfax county. AHC primarily serves families who earn between 30% and 60% of the Area Median Income. Area Median Income, or AMI, is the middle income in a given area and is the measurement that qualifies families and individuals for affordable housing. Some communities are for seniors only (age 55 and better) and some are for families. Some apartments have Section 8 project-based apartments as well as a percentage of accessible apartments. Call or visit the website for details of each apartment facility.
