Who We Are
Veterans Aid and Attendance Estate Planning is available at Smith Strong. Veterans may qualify for little-known benefits that entitle them with an “Aid and Attendance” benefit to assist the veteran or their spouse with their in-home, assisted living or nursing home care needs, on or after reaching the age of 65.
This benefit is available to an honorably discharged veteran, or their spouse, who served at least one day during a period of wartime.
