AseraCare Hospice professionals manage the entire range of medical, psychological, spiritual and practical challenges that are a part of the end-of-life process.  This can include handling the medical apparatus, managing pain and comfort, processing paperwork, and coordinating volunteers to provide respite and companionship to your loved one and your family.  Also provides, in coordination with your family's wishes, social work services and spiritual support, including involvement of counselors and clergy from your church or denomination.

Service is provided at patient's location, whether at home, in a hospital, nursing home or assisted living facility.

We Honor Veterans.  Aseracare provides the specialized level of care that some veterans require. to help carry out that part of AseraCare's mission, we work with the We Honor Veterans program offered by the National Hospice and palliative care Organization in collaboration with the Department of Veteran Affairs.  AseraCare Hospice works with local community organizations to host pinning ceremonies where veterans can be honored and thanked for their service to our country.  Please call about the Veteran-to-Veteran Volunteer Program where a volunteer Veteran is paired with a hospice patient who has been identified as a veteran.
