Lake Manassas Health and Rehabilitation Center is a skilled nursing facility with licensed health care professionals on staff.  Capacity is 120 beds. An individualized care plan is developed. Physical therapy, speech therapy and occupational therapy is available. Offers services for hip replacement, knee replacement, stroke patients illness/injury and surgery patients. Meals or dining room on site, as well as banking services and hairstylist.
