When normal daily activities, such as cleaning, bathing or cooking, become too much to safely handle, Assisted Living at Commonwealth Senior Living at The Eastern Shore provides the ideal balance of personalized support, delivered with dignity and respect and independence. Independent and Independent Plus accommodations are available on one level/story. A medical director is on site weekly.
Residents enjoy the comfort, privacy and peace of their own private apartment or companion suite. The Commonwealth team takes care of housekeeping, cooking or laundry. Trained team members are on site 24 hours per day, every day. Residents may take part in engaging programs and activities. Delicious meals feature award-winning dining programs, Farm-to-Table and Today from the Bay and more.
At Commonwealth Senior Living, person-centered care reflects an individual resident’s needs, preferences and abilities. Team members work directly with the residents, their families and their physicians to develop specialized care plans giving residents the freedom to live as independently as possible.
Commonwealth Senior Living’s programming enables residents to continue to participate in their favorite activities. Lifestyle programs include Travel the World, which brings the culture, music, food and art of different countries right to our residents. With SMILETM Technology, families are connected and updated, sharing photos of their loved ones’ participation in and enjoyment of daily programming.
