College Hill in Lynchburg is a large historic home that has been renovated into multi-family rental apartments. There are 28 units for very low income and low wealth families. The area consists of 10 homes that have been renovated. Each house now contains three to four units, consisting of two, three or four bedroom apartments.
Resident services programs include financial literacy, employment skills development, parenting classes, computer literacy for adults and more.
