Who We Are
Homunity Health Services can provided skilled nursing care. Skilled nursing services are provided by Registered Nurses or Licensed Practical Nurses who also provided care treatment and teaching to families. Services include but are not limited to:
- Cardiac rehabilitation
- Diabetic monitoring
- Tracheostomy care
- Pre and post heart transplant
- would care and dressing
- Injections
- Tube feeding and care
- intravenous therapy
- ostomy care and teaching
- Medication administration
- Blood draws
- IV
Physical, occupational and speech therapies are also available.
