Who We Are

Rappahannock Area Community Services Board's (RACSB) Intensive Care Coordination. The program assists families where youth with serious emotional disturbance at risk of out of home or out of community placement. For youth who are in outside placements, staff work to get them home as quickly as possible. Care coordination staff collaborate with other agencies to offer wrap-around services to children and adolescents who have been identified as high-risk for outside placements by the local Family Assistance Planning Team.

Additional RACSB services for children and adolescents include:

  • Individual and familty therapy;
  • Psychological consultation and assessment;
  • Medication management;
  • Crisis services and more.
