A New Lease On Life

A New Lease on Life is supported by the Virginia Healthcare Foundation and receives ongoing funding from the Rockbridge Area Health Center, the Alleghany Highlands Area Free Clinic, the Alleghany Community Services Board and Rockbridge Area Community Services.



The program provides psychiatric and outpatient counseling services for clients of the Rockbridge Area Health Center and Alleghany Highlands Free Clinic who require basic behavior health services including depression and anxiety. Services encourage coordination of care for more difficult behavior health or substance use disorders so those clients are appropriately referred to the Community Services Board in their area for services.
