Gentiva Hospice offers palliative and hospice care to all people during the end of life's journey.  Staff at Gentiva treats the symptoms of an illness, as well as the physical, psychological, emotional, and spiritual dimensions of both the patient and family. Allowing a terminally ill patient to die in peace and on his or her terms and helping to support the family through their grief is at the core of Gentiva's beliefs.

The team of RNs, CNAs, Social Workers, Chaplains, Volunteers, Bereavement Counselors, and Physicians specialize in caring for those with a terminal diagnosis. The interdisciplinary teams of care providers serve patients in their own homes, a friend's home, nursing homes, long-term care, assisted living facilities, or hospitals.
