Who We Are
BrightStar Care of Fairfax offers a full continuum of care, including nursing and wound care. If you or a loved one need home health services after surgery or a fall, caregivers are trained to provide comprehensive wound care to prevent infection. Services include injections and blood draws and medication management.
Other services available are personal care, companion care, Alzheimer's and dementia care and respite care.
Service area includes Annandale, McLean, Great Falls, Reston, Herndon, Chantilly and Centreville. Please call the office for more information.
