Who We Are
Highlands Community Services' Intensive Case Management (ICM) provides and coordinates quality treatment services in the home and community setting to children and adolescents who are seriously emotionally disturbed (SED) or at risk of being SED. In Highlands Community Services’ continuum of care, Intensive Case Management bridges the critical gap between regular Care Coordination Services and In-Home Family Therapy by providing a moderate intensity and frequency of services that provide both support and accountability for parents who wish to receive effective community services for their at-risk or child who is seriously emotionally disturbed.
