Merrifield Center

The Fairfax-Falls Church Community Services Board (CSB) operates the Merrifield Center.  The Center offers 24 hour emergency services, a mobile crisis team, and entry, referral, and assessment services are located at the building. Outpatient services and supports, intensive case management, psychiatric services, medication management, community-based supports for individuals with intellectual disability, and wellness and health promotion services are provided at Merrifield. The center provides peer support services, a primary health care clinic, a pharmacy, and other services to promote and sustain recovery. The Crisis Care program on Woodburn Road did not move to Merrifield.
