Who We Are
Harrisonburg-Rockingham Community Services Board provides case management assistance to children, adolescents and their families with a focus on health and functionality for the individuals and their support systems. Staff assess the situation and needs, link to appropriate services, and monitor care and conditions. The goal is to help children and adolescents maintain their independence while living with severe and persistent behavioral health disorders. Case Managers work with supporting agencies and community resources to get the right service to the right person at the right time.

Intake Process
Call to schedule an intake appointment. Walk-in hours are Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 8:00 AM-10:30 AM and 1:00 PM-3:00 PM. Complete a child intake packet by downloading it from the website at https://www.hrcsb.org/documents/#toggle-id-1 or contact the office to request a packet. A legal guardian must be present during the intake process.
