Who We Are
The Harrisonburg-Rockingham Community Services Board (HRCSB) offers a transitional residential behavioral health program for people who are receiving behavioral health case management services. The apartments have staff available around-the-clock to support residents develop the skills they need to live independently. Medication management is a key part of the residential program. Through interactions in the residential sites, staff recommend hands-on skills development that promote recovery.

Intake hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:30AM-3:00PM. Services hours may vary. Emergency and crisis services are available 24 hours per day, every day.
Intake Process
Walk-ins are available at the Community Services Board main location. No appointment is necessary, however if interpretive services are needed please contact us to schedule an appointment.
