Who We Are
Leland House is a public-private partnership with United Methodist Family Services and the Fairfax County’s Community Policy and Management Team, Leland House is a crisis care facility that serves youth ages twelve to seventeen who are in a psychiatric crisis or who need step-down services from an acute psychiatric setting. Leland House is a Medicaid Level-C Residential Treatment Center provider.

Intake Process
Call or walk in. Adults ages 18 to 65 may walk in for a same day eligibility screening. Adults over age 65, children and youth, and people with development disability are served by calling Entry and Referral.
