Who We Are
Faison Residence offers a semi-independent living community for adults with special needs, including autism and developmental disabilities. The atmosphere helps residents develop daily life skills and also provides health and recreation programs, volunteer programs and work opportunities. The Faison Residence allows individuals to transition from typical day school services to a more independent lifestyle in adulthood.
The Residence features 45 apartments, as well as a community room and recreational facilities for social activities. About 30% of the apartments are for adult tenants with special needs who are generally independent but need occasional assistance and supervision. The other apartments are rented to the public, making it a truly integrated community with neighbors looking out for neighbors.
HomeLink Support Technology is located in the apartments to provide assistance as needed.
