Who We Are
Sentara Therapy Center - CarePlex is a one stop rehabilitation center, centrally located with physician practices, outpatient diagnostic centers, and rehabilitation in the Medical Arts Building attached to the Sentara CarePlex Hospital in the heart of Hampton. The Sentara Therapy Center is a comprehensive rehabilitation center offering physical, occupational, and speech therapies. Audiology services are also available. The Center offers premiere Phase II and Phase III Cardiac Rehabilitation programs, to assist those recovering from heart surgery or heart attack in achieving their optimal level of health
