Saber Healthcare, South Boston Health and Rehab provides long term care, including skilled nursing services and rehabilitation.  The therapy department provides physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy to both skilled and long term care residents. The goal is to promote independence and minimize physical challenges. An experienced team of therapists provides residents with individually designed programs to help them regain the skills and abilities needed to achieve the independence and lifestyle desired.
