Who We Are
The goal of Carilion Home Care Services in Rocky Mount is to provide a wide range of quality home health services that are ordered by a physician. These services may include: administering medication, wound care, assessing the heart and lungs, nutritional assessments, teaching disease processes, and home IV therapy. Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and Speech Therapists are available for rehabilitation services, both orthopedic, stroke recovery, and general debility cases.
Social workers support patients and families in coping with factors relating to illness and recovery, referrals to community resources, counseling for long-range planning, and short-term therapy. Home Health Aid services are also available to assist in activities of daily living.
