Monthly Food Market

Andromeda offers a monthly food market.  Food distribution is held the second Thursday of every month at the office address.  The food that is delivered varies from lettuce, cabbage, sweet potatoes, milk, cheese and pastries.



People can begin lining up outside starting at 9 AM or earlier and they must bring bags to carry the food once they receive it.  Once everyone is in line, every person is given a number and asked for basic information such as their name, address, phone number, and how many persons in their family.



The food can arrive as early as 8 AM and as late as 11 AM. Once the food arrives, groups of five are let in to receive food. There are a few regulations that everyone must follow which are you must have a number to enter; you cannot cut in line; and you must respect all staff members.
