Who We Are
At Shenandoah Valley Health and Rehab, we take pride in the compassionate, quality care that we provide. We are a skilled nursing facility located in Buena Vista, Virginia, just minutes from Carilion Stonewall Jackson Hospital. In addition to providing long term care in a setting that maximizes independence, we also provide short term care for those recuperating after an illness, injury or surgery. Capacity is 93 residents.
Skilled nursing services are provided 24 hours a day by our professional and caring teams of Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, Rehabilitation Therapists, Certified Nursing Assistants, and many others. Individualized care plans are designed to meet the specific nursing and rehabilitation needs of each patient. Based on each individual’s unique needs, services may include:
