Who We Are
Hospice services are offered to all people during the end of life's journey. Specialized care for those with a terminal diagnosis using a team of RNs, CNAs, Social Workers, Chaplains, Volunteers, Bereavement counselors, and physicians. Hospice care is offered to patients with many types of terminal diagnoses, including Alzheimer's, COPD, strokes, renal failure, and cancer. Ask about the 14 service standards that reflect our commitment to quality patient care.
Service standard to admit patient within 3 hours of referral with a physician's order.
