Skilled Nursing Care

Fairfax Home Health Care can provide skilled nursing care in your home in accordance to your plan of care.  Caregivers can also perform selected skilled actions in the provision of curative, rehabilitative, palliative or preventative nursing care.  Private duty care is also available.



Our Registered Physical and Occupational Therapists provide skilled physical and occupational therapy services on an intermittent basis to clients in their homes in accordance with physicians orders.



We provide medical social services to you in your homes in the accordance with your physician orders and under direction and supervision of the Director of Nursing or another appropriate supervisor.
