Who We Are
Llewellyn Village which was built in 1995 with funding from the Rural Development Administration of USDA has 16 fully subsidized two-bedroom units. Resident families pay no more than 30% of their annual total income in rent.
The building was completely renovated in 2010—new roof, windows, siding, heating and cooling systems, and kitchens—through tax credit financing. The renovated building is certified as a “green” apartment building.
The renovation included building a new, expanded community room, which is used for many of the Foundation’s family services programs.
