Primeplus, Norfolk Senior Center, Respite Services

Respite care on weekdays for caregivers who want a much-needed break or whose employment requires other care arrangements.



Provides care for impaired or frail adults who have physical, mental, and/or social problems that require more individually supportive and rehabilitative services than can be offered in the senior center. Individual evaluation is made for each participant and services are designed to meet the needs and desires of a particular client. Transportation assistance may be available with community partners. Also participates with the South Eastern Virginia Chapter of Alzheimer's Association for subsidized adult day care.



Respite care is available if space is available.
