Who We Are
A program of Horizon Behavioral Health, Kindred Homes is a mental health sponsored placement service designed to provide community-based intensive treatment for children and adolescents in a family setting outside of the home of origin. The program offers a multifaceted intervention in order for youth to be able to successfully reunite with their parent or guardian. For some older youth, successful completion of the program entails moving into independent living.
Kindred Homes is certified by the Oregon Social Learning Center in Multi-Dimensional Treatment Foster Care, a family-focused and positive approach to treatment that uses an evidence-based treatment model developed by the Oregon Social Learning Center.

Crisis emergency services are available 24 hours per day, every day.
Intake Process
Call for a required appointment. Same day assessments for all ages are available Monday through Friday from 8:30AM-3:00PM. Same day assessments at the Bedford center are available on Mondays only.
