Pathways Homes provides Mental Health Skill-Building services to adults in their own homes through supported living programs in Arlington and Fairfax. In these programs, counselors provide support and case management services on a flexible and individualized basis. These services may include training and support necessary for the person to maintain personal care and social skills, and independent living tasks. Mental Health Skill-Building also helps develop and improve community living skills.
