Who We Are
Valley Health Home Health Services provides medically directed health care that is home based, technically feasible and cost effective and using a coordinated team approach effort. Services include: nursing care; physical therapy; occupational therapy; social worker; nurses aide; and speech therapy.
Home Health Services cares for patients with a variety of medical needs including:
