Who We Are

The Lifeline Medical Alert System is provided by the Senior Health Department of Virginia Hospital.

Lifeline uses a lightweight, waterproof help button worn by a senior that works in tandem with a small device installed in your home.   If you need help, a signal is sent to Lifeline Central to respond to an emergency need, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

In addition, Lifeline with AutoAlert provides an added layer of protection by automatically placing a call for help if a fall is detected and you can't push your button because you are disoriented, immobilized, or unconscious.

Options for devices include the HomeSafe in-home communicator; the On the Go GPS Locator; or the Smartwatch GPS.

For more information on Lifeline, please call at 703-558-6859.
