Appalachia Family Health Center

Appalachian Family Health Center offers family health care to children, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics by a licensed physician and licensed nurse practitioner. Also available are x-ray, lab services, and patient education.  All community residents have equal access regardless of ability to pay, geographic locations/residence, culture, age, sex, or religion.



Services are offered for qualifying Veterans Administration Patients. The sliding fee scale is available to patients with no insurance and who qualify.



The mission of Stone Mountain Health Services is to promote and provide quality primary health care that is accessible, affordable, and community-based for the people of Southwest Virginia.
