Who We Are

At Prince William Community Services, The Shepherd Houses and PATH Team provides active case management and support services to individuals who live in residences provided by a nonprofit community partner, Good Shepherd Housing Foundation. The residences include Shepherd I, Shepherd II and Grayson House. Residence in one of these houses (Shepherd I) is limited to consumers who are homeless and require supported housing because of a serious behavioral health disorders (SMI). The other two houses do not require homelessness for entry. Entry is based on serious behavioral health disorders (SMI) and level of service needed alone. None of the houses provide 24 hour onsite staff supervision.
