Who We Are

Intensive Treatment Team (ICT) provides team-based, intensive community based active case management and support services to individuals diagnosed with serious behavioral health or co-occurring disorders who are resistant or unable as a result of their illness to access office-based services and are at high risk of psychiatric hospitalization, homelessness, or incarceration without intensive in community-based services. Services are provided to individuals who live in independent apartments and homes, Community Services owned and leased townhouses or who are homeless. Staff meet with clients an average of three times each week and, upon enrollment. During periods of crisis, staff meet with clients in their homes or in the community one or more times each day.
