Who We Are
The Supported Living Program utilizes approved vendors to provide drop in services and focuses on independent living and community integration. This program currently serves individuals who function in the mild to moderate range of intellectual disability. Support is provided according to the individual participant's needs. The Supported Living Program is designed to enable participants to function as independently as possible and to maximize their ability to become integral members of the community.
