Who We Are
Hanover Adult Center provides adult day health services. The Center provides services for the frail, elderly, and individuals with Alzheimer's Disease or related dementia. Provides supervision, nursing care, medication and special diet management, nutritious meals and snacks, daily support, structure, therapeutic/leisure activities, coordinated transportation, practices daily living skills, counseling, resource assistance for the caregiver and intergenerational activities. Capacity is 40.
The Center separates the two distinct and different groups of older adults, those who are cognitively intact and those with dementia by offering two specialized tracks offering therapeutic activities that meet the special needs of each population. The desired outcome of both of these tracks is that older adults will experience an enhanced quality of life through participation.
Wheelchair and walkers are located on site.
