Who We Are
T & L Companions provides respite care to families in Lake Monticello, Charlottesville and surrounding counties to give the primary caregiver a break. Care has been provided for the past 18 years. Our Client Services range from Companion Services to Personal Care Services.

Intake Process
Please call the office and a representative will take your information. We will then provide a time for a free assessment with an RN to develop a care plan. Once the assessment is completed, your case will be staffed.
