Skilled Care

Specialty Care Services is a Home Care Nursing Agency offering Certified Nursing Assistants, LPN's and RN's to provide nursing services for residents in their homes or facilities in which they live. Home Care, Personal Care, Specialty Care, Respite Care, Live-In care and Recovery Care are available.



Specialty Care Services' nurses teach and advise your loved one and other family members, coordinate the treatment plan with team members, provide care, and communicate with the patient's physician. The following services, along with any of the Home and/or Personal Care services are provided.



ò Implement clinical care plan

ò Manage ongoing wound care

ò Post-operative care

ò Supervise diabetes care

ò Monitor disabilities, chronic illness, and/or therapies

ò Coordinate home medical equipment, pharmacy, and supply delivery

ò Dispense prescribed medications and/or therapies

ò Provide cardiac/respiratory care

ò Assess nutrition therapy for meal preparation

ò Review safety measures and universal precautions

ò Oversee tube feeding

ò Give injections



Diabetes Management Care is also available.
