Who We Are
PRS Willow Lane is an intensive supported housing program that makes permanent housing, residential support services, psychiatric rehabilitation, and psychiatric treatment available to adults with psychiatric disabilities being discharged from hospitals into the community.
Staffed 24 hours per day, seven days per week, PRS Willow Lane provides a coordinated system of support services to give residents an environment with a high degree of structure and supervision.
