Williamsburg Area Faith in Action volunteers provide transportation to individuals who are ambulatory independently or with the use of a cane or walker. It is provided to doctor or dental appointments, grocery shopping, beauty salon or barbershop, library, post office, church, and errands. In many areas of Greater Williamsburg, public transportation is not consistently available or is too difficult for older adults to access.

Intake Process
Intake information is collected by phone. Allow approximately ten minutes to complete the intake. Some services require an assessment. Applicants will be notified during the intake process if an assessment is required.
