Apartments at Ivy Tower, formerly The Towers, are rented to individuals who are capable of taking care of themselves without assistance. Complex has one and two bedroom apartments and at least seven ADA-accessible units.
Ivy Tower is a 12 story apartment complex with 140 apartments that is located in Newport News, Virginia. Occupancy is open to all family households. Subsidy is provided through the Project-Based Section 8 Program and rents are based upon 30% of the household adjusted gross income.
