Who We Are
Radford-Fairlawn Daily Breads provides a meal Monday through Friday between 11:00 AM and 12:15 PM at 501 East Main Street, Radford, VA to anyone who shows up. Enter at the east door at the rear of the building (not the front door). Just come on in, take a seat at table, and get to know some other good folks. You will be served without questions or forms to fill out.
One nutritious meal is cooked each day. Diverse dietary preferences cannot be accommodated with donated food. Lunchroom meals also include choice of fresh iced tea, coffee, or water, and a dessert. After eating, lunchroom guests may take with them 1-2 loaves bread, a package of dessert (such as cookies or doughnuts), and 1-2 bags of snack chips, depending on available supplies.
Food donations are accepted. Meals served 52 weeks a year except on New Years Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and when the Radford City schools close for hazardous weather.
