Trevors Run at Dulles Center has 170 units of one, two and three bedroom apartments for independent living.  There are a number of accessible or modified units on the first floor.  There are curb cuts and handicapped parking spaces.  Income requirements apply.



Public transportation is one block from the building.  Complimentary shuttle to and from Dulles Airport.



Amenities include fitness center, swimming pool, assigned parking, play area with tot-lot playground and BBQ and picnie area.  Apartments feature individually controlled heating and A/C, patio/balcony, mini-blinds, gas fireplaces, intrusion alert system, washer/dryer, DIRECTV, high speed Internet available through Verizon FIOS and small pets welcome (call for policy).
