Who We Are
The Dulles Green Apartments have 755 units of one, two and three bedroom apartment for independent living. There are a number of accessible or modified units and you can request modifications to a unit. The accessible apartments are located on the first floor. The building entrances are wheelchair accessible. There are handicapped parking spaces. No public transportation is available.
Amenities include fitness center outdoor pool with spa and sundeck, business center, indoor basketball court, two tennis courts, sand volleyball court, tot lot, BBQ and picnic pavilion, fitness trail and package acceptance (UPS, FedEx). Apartments feature kitchens with breakfast bars, A/C, washer/dryer, walk-in closets, patio/balcony, cable/satellite, attached and detached garages available, storage units and two pets per apartment (breed restrictions).
