Winter Hill Apartments offers one bedroom apartments for independent living for eligible seniors and people with disabilities. There are two buildings with 83 units; number of accessible or modified units is 5. Location of accessible units is 1st floor.



The apartment buildings offer handicapped-accessible laundry facilities, on-site parking, a senior center, and on-site nutrition and activity programs. Apartments include updated kitchens and bathrooms, frost-free refrigerators, garbage disposals, individually controlled heating and air-conditioning, hot water heaters, thermal windows, and smoke detectors. Many apartments have back porches and balconies. Utility costs are included in the rent. Housing voucher accepted or individuals who can afford the market rent which is currently $1,134 per month.



The building entrance is wheelchair accessible; Handicapped parking spaces and Curb cuts on site.
